Job Description:	Be able to analyze client requirements and translate them into course design for  effective learning Be able to design the Course Outline as per the learning objectives and develop training material meeting the same Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Storyboarding. Job Description: Ability to research, analyzes, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for E leaning projects. Work with different types of input material to create instructional content Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content Use templates in developing instructional materials. Visualize Have knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503. Be responsible for the work quality and performance of the team Be able to interface with cross functional teams Be able to work with Account Managers and/or Marketing team to analyze project requirement with the clients and suggest solutions Be proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrate effective English speaking, writing and presentation skills Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (any subject), preferably in English, Journalism or Mass Communication. Diploma in computer applications (GNIIT)/Instructional Design will be an added advantage Experience: - 2-3  years of experience Skill Set Excellent verbal & written communication Good knowledge of e-Learning methodology, Instructional Design theories, models and application Good knowledge of authoring, simulation and design tools Good Project Management skills Experience in managing teams. Setting direction, monitoring, developing and delivering Instructional Design solutions through ID teams as per customer requirements. Work Location:- Trivandrum, Technopark
