• Ability to understand and analyse project requirements and translate into specifications and programming deliverables within the specified time frame .
• Actively involving in the design, and project execution.
• Co- ordinate with clients if needed, for requirements and specifications of projects.
• Ability to lead and motivate people and encourage team work.
• Ability to communicate effectively within the team and the senior management.
• Need to work closely with Project Mangers, Business Analyst and Software developers.
• Ensuring the team is consistently delivering according to the customer requirement meetings its deadlines on time within the company standard.
• Ensure team is using best practices with regards to source code management promotion.
Preferred Skills:
Degree in Computer science or in Software Engineering.
1-2 years experience in Team Lead or Managerial Role.
2+ years of Software Development Experience.
Good Programming skills and Knowledge of object oriented programming. Should be an expert in one of the following Microsoft Technologies ( .Net framework, C # , ASP.NET, Web services, VB 6.0, MS SQL Server).Strong communication and writing skills.
Note: Preference for those who could join immediately period.
Candidates with short notice period will be given more preference.
