Job Description:
1. Lining up candidates based on client requirement.
2. Working on portals to source candidate.
3. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status & schedule.
4. Maintaining the pipeline on weekly basis.
5. Co-Ordinating with HR for the feedback and further interview process.
6. Following up with candidates for documentation and Joining dates etc
7. Ensuring to follow up on entire interview process.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in US Recruitment will be an advantage.
2. Should be able to handle end to end recruitment.
3. Should have excellent English communication skills.
