Job Description:

• Handling administrative projects for teams in the U.K.
• Interact with the various departments / contacts to complete projects on time.
• Experience of MS Office, especially Excel and Databases.
• Experience of working in a reactive and / or varied role environment.
• Knowledge of Windows OS (2000, 2003, XP).
• Should be QA / process oriented.

Preferred Skills:
Should be a graduate (in any discipline) with at less than a year of work experience in customer service.
Other competencies desired are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and drive for results, good planning, organising & time management skills, should be customer focussed with good customer service skills
