Job Description | 1 New Product Promotion
Implementation of marketing strategy prescribed by PMT team; Identify
market trends of various molecules in assigned area , consult doctors on
potential of new molecule and pass the feedback to PMT team, Make the
list of key opinion leaders and key business leaders for launching of
the new product; Check availability of the stocks with retailers and
stockists, In case of any short fall of products raise the issue with
VIVA team through Area sales managers; Implement brand strategies
prescribed by PMT team through inputs such as visual aids and brand
reminders etc in order to ensure successful launch of new product 2 Sales Planning and Execution Monitor primary and secondary sales by visiting stockists and pharmacies frequently; Plan and achieve doctors wise and product wise sales targets; Participate in monthly review meetings and discuss planned and achieved doctor coverage and plan for the month ahead in order to achieve monthly targets set at area level, product level and total volume level 3 Customer Relationship Management Know customer and maintain good rapport with them, Collect queries and respond to them in timely manner through infogini; Identify and classify customers based on their potential and set the meeting frequency accordingly; Monitor return on investment through each customer in order to develop a loyal customer base for the company 4 Existing Products - CME Meet KOL and Key business leader frequently and pursue them to conduct CME with the company; Collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals and conduct CMEs on those topics; Responsible for fixing speaker, venue and other logistics for CMEs in order to build and maintain brand image of the company 5 Territory data Management Prepare product matrix depending upon doctor's potential & preference and decide which product will fit doctor's need; Sync daily reports on doctor visits and plans through palm tops, Update data on chemist, doctors and RCPA through palm top to Unnati portal in order to ensure all stakeholders' access to latest information |
