JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for receiving, responding to all customer inquiries regarding installation, products & services.
- The incumbent shall troubleshoot problems & coordinate with various internal Dept. to resolve problems.
- Providing technical solutions to different problems of clients by taking help of different tools.
- Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to clients.
- Should work in a team and interact with the client.
- Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.
