Job Description:
We are looking for Marketing Interns. We are one of the fastest growing Ruby on Rails development company with 5 years of track record in delivering complex software solutions using the Ruby on Rails platform. We are looking for smart, efficient MBA grads. You will defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop short-term business plans and supporting data-driven models.
The job will be a part time job for a period of 3 months and would entail extensive market surveys, e-mail marketing, cold calls and follow-ups. This is a goal oriented job wherein a certain number of conversions are targeted on a per day basis. Likely to provide good learning. Be prepared to start late and work late to overlap with US timings.
You will be mentored on areas that would need some improvement and will be asked to mentor others on areas that you are pretty strong at.
You must be passionate and should demonstrate your ability to take ownership of initiatives.
