Sutherland Global Services requires Technical support Executive/ Customer support Executive - (Voice/ Non - Voice)




Job Description:

  • Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms
  • Remote support of desk tops and lap tops
  • Configuration of modem & router
  • Removal of virus
  • Installation of windows & MAC
  • Configuration of computer peripherals (Printers, scanner etc.)

Education:

  • Any Graduates (10+2) / PG/ Diploma holders with basic knowledge of Hardware, Networking and Operating System

Experience:

  • Fresher
  • Minimum 6 months international BPO experience in a Voice process preferred.

Skills:

  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 80% accuracy is a mandatory requirement
    Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, with a neutral accent
  • Computer Fundamentals
  • An aptitude for computer troubleshooting
    Basic knowledge of hardware, Internet, networking and OS

Terms and Conditions:

  • Flexible to work in international Time zones, esp. US Shift, this can start any time between 5PM-11PM and 9 hours working time.
  • Will be eligible for Sutherland performance incentive subject to company guidelines
  • Willing to relocate to Cochin, if a non-Keralite
  • Free cab facility with door pick up and drop for all night shifts (within 35KM radius of the Kakkanad facility)
  • Should not be attending any regular classes/ courses/ trainings etc at the time of application as training can be day/night shift.

Customer Support Executives



Job Description:

  • Responsible for answering/ placing customer service calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Educating customers on Personal Solutions products and services and the website
  • Up selling and/ or cross selling Personal Solutions products
  • Fulfilling product orders, including product registration, on behalf of customers as applicable
  • Answer questions regarding the consumer's credit file and/or credit score
  • Authenticating customer as applicable
  • Technical support, which includes navigation instructions, as applicable
  • Process product refunds for consumers with qualifying requests

Education:

  • Any graduate with an aptitude for sales and Customer Support

Experience (Preferred)

  • Min. 6 months experience with any international BPO in a voice process

Terms and Conditions:

  • Must be able to join immediately
  • Should be willing to work night shifts (shifts starting between 5:30PM to 11PM and extending to 9 hours)
  • Will be eligible for Sutherland performance incentive subject to company guidelines
  • Free cab facility with door pick up and drop for all night shifts (within 35KM radius of the Kakkanad facility)

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Any graduate with a flair for sales and aptitude for Customer Support
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a very neutral accent
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% Accuracy
  • Willing to work night shifts, which can start any time between 5PM-11PM and extend to 9 hours
  • Prior experience with an international BPO, in a voice process would be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to join immediately as the requirement is urgent.
  • Willing to relocate to Cochin.
