Qualification & Eligibility:    

• Graduates in any discipline (B.Sc, BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA etc.)
• 2007 to 2012 pass out (with sound technical knowledge preferred) batches, +2 are not eligible
• Diploma (10+12+3yr) Eligible
• No current back-logs.
• The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts & flexible to work in night shifts
• Standard written and verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency with applicable software applications
• Candidate with 0-3yrs relevant work experiences
• Outside Kerala candidates are also eligible.

Role:

• The position title is Technical Support Engineer and the profile includes Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking / OS related queries of HP’s global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones

Location:

• The openings are for HP Bangalore location

Selection pattern:

• General Computer Awareness + Communication Assessment

Salary:

• Freshers: 2.15 LPA
• Experienced: Based on the experience + Best in industry

• 10th , 12th and all the degree marks cards(original)
• Two copies of RESUME (Ensure that your Full Name is on it)
• 3 copies of recent passport sized photographs
• Proof of date of birth
• Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate(original)
• Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
• Photo ID (Passport, Driving license, Election ID Card)
• Offer letter/Revised offer letter/Pay slips (in case of experienced candidates)
• 2 Post Card Size photographs of self (full body length with light background)
