Tech/B.E 2014 pass outs – Eligible branches: CS, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I           Job Description  1. Independent troubleshooting within SLA 2. Manage Customer escalations 3. Implementation of Six sigma projects 4. Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary 5. Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices 6. Handling tickets/Requests 7. Ensuring Datacenter uptime according to SLAs 8. Implementing New technologies and Design changes 9. Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level 10. Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment 11. Update the knowledge base 12. Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required 13. Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required) 14. Participate in monthly QA audits 15. Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)  Candidates should bring 2 sets of self attested photocopies of below mentioned documents along with originals to test venue Photo ID Card( Pan card / Passport / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID), Mark sheets of Highest Degree (for all the semesters), XIIth , Xth Degree Certificate/s, Resume, Two passport size colored photo.
