1. Role: Customer Relations Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone
Coordinate with the client and the teams
Monitor the servers
Obtain client feedback
Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls
Forward reboot request to NOC on demand
Attend all incoming calls to the company
Library Management
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% aggregate (B-tech/MCA/Professional Post Graduates not considered)
2011 /2012 and 2013 batch candidates (should be available for immediate joining)
Very good written and oral communication skills in English
Basic computer literacy
Willingness to work in shifts
Vibrant and lively nature
SALARY DETAILS:
Gross Salary - Rs. 10,000/month
Company will be providing free food and accommodation.
Will also be eligible for Rs. 1,50,000/- worth medical insurance per year (self +two dependents).*
SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
6 months probation period
Submission of educational certificates at the time of joining.
Willingness to work on night shifts (rotational shifts)
