Eligibility Criteria:

• 2013, 2012, 2011 Female (only) graduates, post graduates with 60% aggregate
• Female candidates  Btech/B.E :  (all Branches) , Bsc , Msc , BCA , MCA
• Female freshers with 60% aggregate for 10th,12th and B.E/PG
• Experienced : Designation dependent on their experience
• Experienced female candidates with 55% aggregate  for 10th,12thand graduation
• For 2013 batch students upto 2 current arrears are allowed
• Outside kerala students are also eligible
• Students who studied abroad are most welcome
• EXCELLENT oral communication skills in english is a must
• Willing to relocate to in and around infopark cochin
• 2013 will have another recruitment at Cochin / Calicut

Salary:

• Freshers :10-15k per month [Take home salary]
• Experienced:15-20k per month [Take home salary]

Service terms and conditions:

• 4 months probation period
• Submission of original certificates at the time of joining
• Day shift/night shift
• Normally day shift. Night shift only in rare cases when work load is too high

Selection Process

• Written  Aptitude & Technical  Test
• Test: 15minutes aptitude & 15minutes technical [networking fundamentals which all BTechs Study]
• Technical / HR interview
• Only written test and GD will be there on 20th .Interviews will be  at the company’s Cochin office

All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:

• Writing Pad,
• Two copies of RESUME,
• Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
• Three copies of passport size photographs,
• Examination Fees to be paid to SHREDS
• Gum,
• College ID/Any other Photo ID.
